The maven-deploy goal now automatically picks up resources folders and the
build-thirdparty goal extracts artifacts with the artifactId resources.
Add better handling of thirdparty resources directories.

The maven-deploy mojo should be able to find a resources directory, and make a jar with
the classifier "resources". The build-thirdparty mojo should then be able to
download and extract the resources jars to the appropriate location.
