Increasing timeout to 10 doesn't help. Also, as "Fork" merely spawns a
process to some unknown impl class, there's no hook to block until started or provide
a flag for clients to check.

@see jboss-ejb3-proxy RemoteAccessTestCase. I get the classpath by configuring M2
dependency plugin to construct a ClassPath file which is used by the spawned process.
