@see jboss-ejb3-proxy RemoteAccessTestCase. I get the classpath by configuring M2
dependency plugin to construct a ClassPath file which is used by the spawned process.

RemoteTestCase has a Thread.sleep to wait for the forked process to start, which may not
be enough time. For now just hack something in place to get a reliable result.
