The publication part of the problem might be caused due to the switch of the official
jbossorg templates:
http://fisheye.jboss.org/changelog/JBossRules/trunk?cs=33061
Looking into how we can use the official jbossorg template and still have images.
Afterwards, we 'll probably want to delete the custom drools xlt's as it will be
dead code.

Fixed the style problem, which was caused by the switch from the custom drools stylesheet
(probably a copy of the jbossorg stylesheet) to the jbossorg stylesheet.
The magic word to get the jbossorg stylesheet working is:

some show up (like the first one in expert) and some don't (like the first one in
flow)

anymore (so no planner/flow/guvnor logo in the docs). Need to be fixed too

Module logo's are shown in the preface, after the table of contents. They should be
shown in the <cover>, before the table of contents, but that is ignored in our
current docbook xls/plugin version.

I've updated the head of each docbook file, to enforce:
- they are all the (almost) the same
- they use xml:base and set it properly, so the images show up in a docbook editor like
XmlMind
- they use namespace so the file can be validated in an xml editor like eclipse or
intellij
Futhermore, because XmlMind always overwrites that head of the file when you edit a file
with it,
I 've used it like XmlMind wants it:
