There's a problem with <kw> elements too, the show up in red like this:
Previously <kw>not</kw> was introduced to match the absence of a fact
Probably best replace them with file, literal or emphasis?

The images broke again in publication on hudson. Actually the entire skin broke in
publication on hudson.
Also, during editing we'd like to see the images without a problem.
