The startup problem is solvable (DynamicDependencyCreator must set the dependency for the
EJBs to "Create" instead of "Start"). However, this is currently
blocked by an issue regarding the JNDI lookup for java:comp/BeanManager during

Yes, it actually happens indirectly. But our biggest blocker ATM is that in spite of
having a deterministic startup order, the JNDI-bound BeanManager is not accessible on
start().
