The startup problem is solvable (DynamicDependencyCreator must set the dependency for the
EJBs to "Create" instead of "Start"). However, this is currently
blocked by an issue regarding the JNDI lookup for java:comp/BeanManager during
EJBContainer.startup(). Discussion captured here:
