Yes, that's a good idea. The SCI for JSF could also be shared.
This might be a bit off topic, but the best way for this to work would be to add the TLDs
only when needed. In the case of the JSF TLDs, that would mean adding them to the
deployment after the JSF SCI has run. Once web.xml, web-fragment.xml, and the JSF SCI
have been processed you can know for sure if this is a JSF deployment by detecting the
declaration of a FacesServlet.

After continuing to review options, I have no clue how to do this. The plan is to use the
module dependencies, but there's no API to get access to a JAR (*.tld files contained
in the META-INF folder of the JARs should be processed). When that is done, the processing
code should be almost the same as for regular webapp TLDs, as in
TldParsingDeploymentProcessor.

What if we just specified the jar locations statically? Given the location of JBOSS_HOME,
we know exactly where these jars are and even what they contain. It's not as robust,
but it would be quicker and simpler than scanning all the module dependencies. As far as
I know, that would meet all our needs.

It's not possible to scan a JAR. There will be a list of TLD names, and they'll be
loaded using the JSTL or JSF module classloader. And hopefully it will work.
