Ok, are these the intermittent eviction issues when transferring state?
Yes, testEvictionAfterStateTransfer, testConcurrentUseSync, and
testConcurrentActivationSync. They used to be more intermittent a few
weeks ago. Now they seem to be happening almost every CC run.
