[JBoss JIRA] (JBTM-1951) Deadlock in JBOSS Transaction Reaper
by Peter Klauser (JIRA)
Peter Klauser commented on JBTM-1951:
-------------------------------------
This came about in our productive environment which is under some load at the time. One thread on the JVM was running a very long transaction on the DB. This thread consumed all the memory of the JVM - causing numerous threads to start to have problems. Timer-93 is an inbound MDB using XA transactions.
I doubt this can be reproduced without a mix of 1) one long running TX which may need to be aborted due to timeout but stll running ( maybe the Reaper needs to wait for these to complete before it releases its locks) and 2) short lived transactions rolling back frequently.

[JBoss JIRA] (JBTM-1954) Nothing is archived if CI job jbossts-EAP61-jdbcobjectstore fails
by Michael Musgrove (JIRA)
Michael Musgrove created JBTM-1954:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Nothing is archived if CI job jbossts-EAP61-jdbcobjectstore fails
Key: JBTM-1954
URL: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBTM-1954
Project: JBoss Transaction Manager
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Everyone can see)
Components: Testing
Reporter: Michael Musgrove
Assignee: Tom Jenkinson
If an axis of CI job jbossts-EAP61-jdbcobjectstore fails no files are archived.
The job config looks perfectly fine and the files are archived if the job is successful so maybe this is a Jenkins bug to do with multi-axis jobs.
