I had to copy in the versions from AS7, I deemed the cyclic dependency (and including
unknown stale versions of AS7 to be more worrying than having to update the versions in
the pom).
I also made the dependencies provided as that means that they wouldn't be yanked into
AS anyway.
It's not ideal either way.

Since the 4.15 release is intended for use in AS7 we should use that to get dependency
versions rather than the older AS6 as in 4.14.
Unfortunately the AS is still under development and does not have e.g. JacORB yet, so
this is may take a while to complete.
