Updated another decommissioned domain names (namely qa.atl2.redhat.com) in default
JDBCProfiles at trunk and 4.6.1 cp branch.
It seems I don't have commit permissions for 4.15 branch. Once I get them I will
commit the same changes to 4.15 branch too.

There has been a change in a lot of domain names recently and all the atl.jboss.com
domains have been decommissioned.
Hence, the get.drivers target in qa/build.xml needs to be updated with a new domain
name.
The domain name corresponding to the reports.qa.atl.jboss.com is now www.qa.jboss.com.
