Additional requirements:
1. Create two hudson jobs (java6 and java7) to run the build with the idlj version
2. Ensure that scripts/hudson/narayana.sh can take additional parameters and pass them
down to the underlying ./build.sh, in this case the parameter we need is -P idl
3. Ensure that QA is building without Jacorb for these two new jobs
