This issue is very similar to JBTM-939 and I have applied the same fix. The failure is in
either CrashRecovery05_2_Test81 (we have a hudson run showing this - see attached zip
file) or CrashRecovery05_2_Test83 (the run that showed this has been deleted).
Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue on my laptop (in contrast to JBTM-939
which failed after about 10-15 runs of the test).
I would recommend monitoring failures and if we don't see it again, in say the next 20
or so hudson runs, we should close as fixed.
