Updated unit and interop tests so they use the junit library from JBossTS. Also changed
the unit tests so they use junit 4 style annotations and factored out the test runner
servlet code so there is only one implementation used by all the different unit test
suites. interop tests are still working as per junit 3 because they need to create and
initialise their own test instances. This is ok for now though because the old style usage
is still supported in the junit 4 libs.

XTS tests all now pick up the junit lib from the parent tree and most of them now use the
new junit 4 APIs.
