Either, we are setting the wrong property, or these tests are hanging. I would have
expected 300s to be enough. Maybe we should try upgrading Selenium or searching to see if
this is a known issue.
This problem may go away when we move to the new Hudson machines.
Also, we could re-write the tests to use a more robust technique, that doesn't require
a web browser, such as HTTPUnit.

I hope that this is resolved after making changes that XTSDemo test uses Selenium2 and
