The problem is how do we infer the id value? This is easy providing it is not overridden
in the web.xml as follows:

If this is the case we can't currently infer it. So the current restriction is that
'servlet-name' must be set to the same as 'servlet-class' if the web.xml
is used. If no web.xml is used then we know that the id will be the FQCN for an EJB and
the CN for a pojo WS.
