Milan, That is 'advanced usage' of the GPD. There have been improvements so nodes will be easier to add. Currently there is no documentation yep and certainly do not expect to be able to save something you did in the GPD and have that available in the palet. If you want that, I suggest using the xml/html snippet option from eclipse. It's on the source level, but does work.
