Hi folks, unfortunately I have the same problem. So, did you remove the file jbpm.jdpl.hbm.xml containing this bad entity link or any other file? Another work around seems to be the following: copy the missing class org.jbpm.pvm.internal.model.ExecutionImpl from the old 4.0RC1-jar to the newer one.
