Sujatha, I use to present that processimage.jpg's to manager, but while re-opening the processdefinition.xml all the mess will happens nodes will not be in same place where i have saved. At that time also Processimage.jpg images are ok, they are intact. Any other alternative, rather than reinstalling the plugin.
