Not really. The example is meant to show how to populate a task list written against the jBPM 3 task API from a BPEL process. We have plans to implement the WS-HumanTask interfaces in the PVM task component. The Orchestra team, who are building a BPEL implementation on top of PVM, also plan to implement BPEL4People.
