1. Place the following files inside web-inf/classes  folder
jbpm.cfg.xml
jbpm.hibernate.cfg.xml
jbpm.mail.templates.examples.xml
*******.jpdl.xml 

2. place jbpm.jar and hibernate related jars inside web-inf/lib  folder
