I have a working process and deployed it. I tested it. I then have a simple process which starts and has the first node as a process-start. I added the bean you mentioned into my jbpm.cfg.xml file and recompiled and deployed the console. I get the same error, null pointer. Any other ways I can get the subprocess to start?
