This xhtmls generated inside the Eclipse Designer are for use it in the jbpm-console very quickly, if you want to use it in your web application, you must use the same web frameworks to include the xhtml and probably do it in the same way. May be the best approach is not use the PAR package and deploy your process with a java application and then your webapp use the process but not your presentation inside the PAR.
