You should probably just add an empty
designer-2.0-jboss7.war.dodeploy
file in the $jbossas/standalone/deployments directory.

Not Jbpmn2 not working
Here is the step what I did,
1) download designer-2.0-jboss7.war and copied to
C:\jboss-as-web-7.0.0.Final\standalone\deployments\
2) copied guvnor-5.4.0.Beta1-jboss-as-7.0 in same folder
c:\....\deployments\ and replaced name with drools-guvnor.war
3) run standalone.bat from folder C:\jboss-as-web-7.0.0.Final\bin\
and typed:
http://localhost:8080/drools-guvnor/
4) then KnowledgeBase/CreateNew/NewBPMN2 Process
same error
HTTP Status 404 - /designer/editor/
type Status report
message /designer/editor/
description The requested resource (/designer/editor/) is not available.
