Unfortunately Drools does not support "join" constraints on (length) windows. So, accountNumber == "123" is checked BEFORE counting the Events in the window, while accountNumber == $acc.number is checked AFTER the window has filtered the last - 5 in your case - events. I know that this is confusing, but I will make sure that a feature request is opened.
