Now we learn you are presumably using Switch Yard.. Are you sure the
problem does not lay there?
I also assumed, when you said you had ran the code as a regular Java
application, that you was still using change sets.
The more I read the more I learn.
Unfortunately I have no Switch Yard knowledge.

rules, cause there is a message about authentication with password and
login, specified in ChangeSet.xml.
And one more interesting detail is that when i use KnowledgeBuilder instead
of KnowledgeAgent, everything works fine both on server and as standalone
java program.
