[rules-users] using ruleflow group and agenda group together

HI In my POC I Created 4 ruleflow groups. Each group has rules which are from 2 different agenda groups. if 2 rules which are in same ruleflowgroup have everything similar in when condition except agendagroup the flow is stoping there.
