[rules-users] With Drools 4.0.x is it necessary to call StatefulSession dispose

If a StatefulSession is created with the RuleBase method newStatefulSession(boolean keepReference) with a value of false is it necessary to call dispose? I'm currently working with an application that uses this approach but looks as if there are possible leaks from Drools.
