Mark, I'd love to submit a bug, however I cannot reproduce the issue in a simple test case... as I wrote it's even impossible to have deterministic behaviour in our full-blown test. As the test sometimes succeeds and sometimes doesnt... However I think it MIGHT be related to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBRULES-3392.
