Hi retov, Given that the timers do not work when using persistence I haven't been able to test the scenario you described. I did test timer behavior when an exception is thrown from within the workItemHandler that has a timer attached to it. And in this case the timer keeps working, that is, it does not stop if you exit workItemHandler abnormally.
