indeed I have an error message in Eclipse since the xsd file is not
available online (therefore no auto-completion).
But it is not a blocking issue: the

spring namespace handler that parses tags from the drools namespace works
as expected (btw make sure you have a spring version >= 2.x).
The xsd is embedded in drools-spring-5.1.0.x.jar, it is not documented but
the tag names are self-documenting.
