[rules-users] NoSuchMethodError

One of the things that has happened recently is that I have upgraded from 3.2 to 3.3.1. I thought this might be part of the problem, but I looked at the core jar for 3.3.1 and it has the same method. The thing that puzzles me is that I'm not including the core file in my distribution, but if that's the problem, why am I not getting a ClassNotFoundException? This rules class has been tested thoroughly under junit. It wasn't until I deployed the library into my webapp that this issue turned up. Does anyone have any idea what I should be doing next?
