if you use the new api's (5.x StatefulKnowledgeSession instead of
workingMemory) you don't have that methods exposed.

You could manually activate and deactivate ruleflow groups using
workingMemory.getAgenda().[de]activateRuleflowGroup(name).
workingMemory.getAgenda().[de]activateRuleflowGroup(name).
session.fireAllRules();
