[rules-users] how to use 'extend' keyword in Rule Engine

Hi, I want to use the condition of Rule 1 in Rule 2. So for this I got to know that extend keyword will be used. But in the documentation I have not get any details of the same. So can you please tell me how to use extends keyword in Rule.
