I am not 100 % sure, but I think you need to have the org.kie:kie-ci jar
on CP (and explicitly listed in you pom.xml in case of Maven). The
kie-ci-6.0.1.Final.jar contains the class
org.kie.scanner.KieRepositoryScannerImpl.
If you already have that, then the CNFE seems like a bug to me.
