(a) Couldn't you provide a "sandbox"?
(b) Run them with a "harmless" consequence, and when they are OK,
replace the RHS - but this would still be untested. And if the RHS
should moduify the WM, then this doesn't work at all.

I have been looking at DSLs, seems to be a very interesting concept.
When the domain expert has created new rules, is there a way to *test* those
rules against some data without executing them?
