[rules-users] How to initialize LocalSearchSolverScope ?

Hi, I´m trying to create a timetabling solver and I developed a Start Solution as in examples but when I try to localSearchSolverScope.getWorkingSolution() it returns a null object. I tryed to find how it is made in the examples but my code looks right.
