[rules-users] Trivial DecitionTable issue or bug?

I am running decision tables implemented in Excel and the values in the NAME column are being ignored in favor of the RuleTable (appended with an int). Am I missing something trivial or is this a bug in DROOLS 5.4? I have attached the screen capture (it is small) but scrunch the non-relevant parts to avoid any possible proprietary concerns (even though this is dummy data). Thanks!
