[rules-users] 5.1.1 import com.sun.tools.xjc

It seems that KnowledgeBuilderFactory in api now has a dependency on these sun packages. However the pom declares them as "provided". This seems to imply that drools will only be run in some kind of app-server?? I had to manually add a bunch of dependencies just to get my drools app to compile.
