Once there is an error, you'll need to
blow it all away and start again. We don't have safe recovery, sorry.
2- If I want to remove a rule, I have to update all facts. But for my
application, I have 20 000 facts, is there any specific way to manage it ?
You can
remove a rule, while maintaining stateful sessions. So that should work fine.
