Is it possible to specify effective dates at package level instead of per rule based? We would like to organize rules by package and manage at that level. e.g., enable/disable all rules of a particular package as a whole. I tried to mimic it with package global variable, but it doesn't look like you can assign a value to a global variable at declaration? thanks Jeff
