Because I have a business requirement, that puts a rule into multiple
agenda-group or activation-group.
You can't have such a "business requirement", sinc agenda or
activation groups are a technical feature, and it would be an error to
put this in a "business requirement". Stop thinking in "groups" -
what
is the requirement really?
