Yes.
The DRL file must either specify the package name that it will be imported to, or the
package declaration line must be missing completely -- when missing Drools Guvnor prompts
for the package name.
To import DRL, select the option to create a new Package. Then select the radio button
for import, and select your other DRL file.
Guvnor will merge your DRL into the existing package. If any rules in the new DRL file
have the same name as an existing rule, then the rule being imported will become the next
revision of the rule guvnor (replacing the old rule with the new one).
