Are you persisting any of your own objects from working memory? If so, try using
Externalizable or Serializable? If you use Externalizable and roll your own persistence
you can reduce your file size by quite a bit.

We have a large rule based which leads to a large serialized
file.
As a result we are starting to see issues reading in the
rule base into
our client application.
Is there a way to reduce the size of the rule base to
reduce the memory
footprint.
Cheers,
Blair
