This will unfortunately cause your app do deploy without an error. We now
fixed this so that instead a deployment error will be raised informing
about this condition. Sorry about this.
Could you try adding a beans.xml to your WEB-INF directory, you can find an
example here

No there is no need to specify it, you can see the context path in the
servers console. If you like you can attach you war and I can take a look
and try to deploy it. Might be easier to spot the issue that way.
