Cordova and Android will mostly be developed on Windows machines.
I assue the non-command-line user will be fine just using JBDS - many
Windows-based developers never see a command line (DOS prompt).
And for those Windows-based devs who are comfortable with an command
line - we can specify what version of Ant they should have in their
PATH and they should know what the PATH is.
I'll make the runs on windows and
see how things go.
