Thank you Lukáš, that displayed the admin-ui properly here. Now I think I'm almost there. The "Sign out" event was supposed to trigger an event[1], but nothing happens.

The unziped war file has the changes included by Sebastien[2] and I can see the grunt server reloading when something change.
