I can see UPS needing to run on other containers (Tomcat, WF Core, etc) and I was assuming
that JBoss Logging could be picked and carried around like other logging frameworks.

1/ Running UPS on Server in application platform that does not provide JBoss
Logging?
2/ JBossLogging version conflicts - WF provides version 3.2, UPS needs 3.1+ and
