ad) frontend-maven-plugin integration
Viliam gave liveoak's console one more try and successfully integrated the
maven/grunt build with frontend-maven-plugin.
He reports it works just fine on OSX and Linux machines.

KC has Angular as a part of regular Maven module:

The problem here I'm presuming is a need to produce jar
of admin-ui, which means bringing Ant/Maven/Gradle/Grunt task
(maybe grunt-sync-jar) into current UI build.
